Eradication Of Garlic Mustard

Invasive Species Removal Is Not The Same As Weeding.

The Project Details

Invasive species removal is not the same as weeding. It is a form of adaptive management that requires a detailed understanding of the life history of the plant in question. It can be hard work though–after this tract of land was liberated from a tangled mess of invasive multifloral rose and English ivy, garlic mustard took advantage and started to grow in.

Further tips regarding eradicating garlic mustard in the photo captions, but please do enjoy the after photo, complete with Atlantic White Cedar and Spicebush in its full autumn glory.
